i gained 2lbs over the holidays. i know i know.. i didn’t follow my own expired yogurt regimen (i ran out and was too lazy to make a run to the grocery store.. excuses). but those two weeks of food gorging and weight gaining went down the drain (literally) yesterday.

i bought these when i was in africa a few years ago: they smelled and tasted delicious. this is what i wish my poo was like. i would never starve if that were the case. i wonder if this is how my dog sees his poo.. it would explain why
back to work
back from the holidays. bummer. so what was the first thing i did when i got back into the office? i took a massive dump (in the bathroom, not at my desk). it’s going to be a good year.
