I stopped taking L-Carnitine* a week or so ago because I thought my body became immune to it. My jet lag had halted its powers, and I didn’t have as many satisfactory poops the following days. But I decided to give it another chance and started taking it regularly a few days ago. The magic is back. My poops over the weekend have been large and totally boss. After all my poo sessions, I had to flush multiple times. You know it’s a good dump when you have to flush more than once.
