I was wrong. L-carnitine does not have the magical powers I thought it did. Last week I challenged its effectiveness in rapidly extricating bodily waste by eating a greasy fast food burger every day. I ate it from Wednesday til Saturday. Yep, I gained weight. I still pooped massive amounts of poop because of the L-carnitine, but it wasn’t enough for the excessive amount of fat I consumed. Good news is I’m sick of fast food burgers and won’t be eating them for a while. Bad news is I’m fat!
