This chicken, broccoli, water wedding diet is totally a no-shits-for-a-week diet. I’ve had tiny bowel movement fake outs where I’ll pop a squat, but after I’m done peeing there is no urge to push anything out. My “clean eats” keep me from feeling bloated, and that’s awesome, but not pooping for a week at a time is starting to worry me. That can’t be good for my organs. I may have to deviate from my diet and eat a dozen donuts to get the bowels moving. Everyone one knows donuts are good for you.
